Dear Sirs
We are celebrating Sankranthi-2010 at Welfare Centre, RRCAT on 24th January 2010. As usual, we have planned it as a full day event starting from 9:00 AM till dinner at 8:30 PM.
If any of you are interested in participating in any cultural item please coordinate with
GJ Sreenivas srinij@rrcat.gov.in (2487025 before 9am & after 7 pm). Though all efforts will be made to accomodate as much as possible, changes may have to made if necessary and please keep it inview.
The tentative program details are:
09.00 – 09:30 Breakfast
09:30 – 12:30 Rangoli competition for women and competitions for children of all ages
13.00 – 14:00 Lunch
14.00 – 16:00 Games/quiz/crossword etc for different age groups.
16.00 – 17:30 Tea break (Break for the participants to prepare for cultural events)
18.00 – 20:00 Cultural programs
20:00 – 20:30 Prize distributions and vote of thanks
20:30 – Dinner
Contribution:
An amount of Rs 150/- per adult and Rs 100/- for children above 5 years is expected. You are requested to confirm your participation positively on or before 15th January 2010.
